Proof You Will Be Okay
welcome to the death throes of oppression
The United States is part of Life, which is evolving.
Some phases of evolution do not feel great, but all stages of evolution move Life forward - away from what is outdated and under-developed.
Life is moving forward, away from the outdated, under-developed paradigm of oppression.
This is the stage of Life’s evolution where the old dies to make way for the new. And if the old refuses to die, then it will be ripped apart by the emergence of the new. It is the job of the old to resist the new. None of us die without a fight.
Welcome to the death throes.
"Death throes" refers to the violent, convulsive, erratic movements and sounds that living beings make as they die.
Scientists postulate that the death throes could be the body’s attempt to stay alive; to jump start the body with bursts of energy. Or, the body’s attempt to purge the remaining life energy so the body can be at peace. Regardless, we can notice the many ways that old men and their oppressive systems are violently, erratically, and convulsively trying to stay alive. We can also notice that their paradigms, perspectives, and strategies are clearly on their way out.
No living thing survives the death throes. Life is bigger than the refusal to die.
Oppression and its zealots can fight all they want, but evolution pulls Life past everything that was once powerful, but is now old news.
So heads up, your freedom arrives when you side with Life and let your outdated strategies, thoughts, and paradigms be ripped away. Remember, you are part of a brave and growing wave of fully liberated humans.
We are the ones who move with the evolution of life.
We are the ones who laugh in helpless wonder as everything we once relied on is washed out to sea.
We are the ones who hold our heads high - even as we cry - because we know when the tide comes in Life will bring us the gifts we have longed for from a distant shore we could not reach alone.
Heads up now, the forward movement of life is upon us and it is a terrifying and ridiculous time to be alive.
